About Me

Arnold Camus

I’m Arnold Camus, a communications graduate with a Master’s in Marketing Management and over 10 years of experience in marketing, content, and brand strategy. For the past 5+ years, I’ve worked across startups in Peru, Mexico, and the U.S., leading growth initiatives, optimizing acquisition funnels, and positioning brands in diverse markets. My work bridges strategy and creativity, always focused on impact.

Creativity in my work is always grounded in data. I design marketing systems that are not only strategic but measurable, using storytelling to improve funnel performance, user activation, and conversion. Every decision is supported by metrics, experimentation, and analysis. From lead generation to retention, I apply creative thinking to solve business problems, align with user behavior, and scale results across channels.

In 2014, I founded Leerlo Todo, an independent platform that promotes reading and literary culture. The project has reached over 10,000 readers and led to collaborations with the Ministry of Culture, international book fairs, bookstores, and publishers. It has also allowed me to host conversations with authors from Peru and abroad.

Writing is a core part of my identity. In 2022, I published Metafísica para principiantes, a collection of short stories that explores language, longing, and the surreal. I’m currently working on my debut novel—a creative challenge that pushes me to deepen my voice and grow as a storyteller.
